All orders will be shipped either by USPS, FedEx, SPEE-DEE Delivery or UPS within 24 hours of them being received and as determined by your shipping destination and order specifications. If there will be a delay, a customer service agent will contact you. Once your order has been shipped it will usually take 2-7 business days for it to arrive. You will be notified that your order has been shipped but it will not have an automated tracking number attached to it. If your order is not received after 10 business days from receiving an "order shipped notification" you should contact Stars & Stripes Tools via email. Your order will be tracked manually and you will be contacted personally with a resolution. Please quote your order number, name and mailing address on all correspondence.

Returns & Replacements
Any merchandise returned for a refund must be returned within 14 days of being received. The merchandise must be completely unused with the original packaging, factory seals intact and be in a resalable condition. Every return that is received is thoroughly checked and inspected for usage or defect. If the return has been used and is in full working order it will be returned freight collect and no refund will be given. Your return can be shipped by USPS, FedEx, SPEE-DEE Delivery or UPS and you must include a copy of all the original paperwork that you received with the shipment. All returned merchandise is shipped at the purchaser's expense. Please refer to your packing sheet for the mailing address.
We ship all orders as soon as possible. Because of this, all items that have the status shipped can't be cancelled. In any case contact our customer service departement by phone 1-612-867-9407 and we will gladly ATTEMPT to process the cancellation, provided the order hasn't left the warehouse yet. If the item you want to cancel has already left the warehouse it can't be cancelled. However, you may return the item subject to that item's return policy. See Returns & Replacements above.
All inquires regarding defective merchandise should first be directed to the manufacturer of the item you purchased. Contact information will be enclosed either on the item, printed on packaging or incorporated within the product instruction booklet. All our manufacturing partners offer warranty periods and excellent customer satisfaction. Prior to making contact either with the manufacturer or Stars & Stripes Tools please check that your item is still within warranty from your date of purchase. If you are returning defective merchandise to Stars & Stripes Tools you must include the item, original packaging and a copy of your invoice or packing sheet.
